so my prof just rejected my argumentative essay topic about onlyfans impact on modern feminism... said its "not appropriate for academic discussion" like?? its literally a multibillion industry affecting society?? what are we supposed to write about - should pineapple be on pizza??? 😤

hot take but maybe some argumentative essay topics SHOULD be off limits?? like yeah academic freedom etc but some topics can be harmful to discuss, especially if u got students in class who've been affected by that stuff personally??
 
send ur argumentative essay topics to prof BEFORE writing anything. learned this hard way after writing 2000 words that got rejected 🥲 now i just spam them with topic ideas until one sticks lmaoo
